FAQs

  • Why don’t I have to select a Deposit before I search?

The ability to search for all exchange vacations without selecting a Deposit to search against, is an enhancement that was made to further simplify the search experience. This enables you to see everything that is available to you before checking to see which of your Deposits are (or are not) available to use towards an exchange vacation.

  • Why is my Deposit listed under the Ineligible Deposits section?

A Deposit will be in the "Ineligible Deposit" section if the selected exchange vacation is outside of the Deposit travel window, requires a trading power higher than that of the Deposit, or if the selected exchange violates a resort specific rule. Additional detail regarding the specific reason for ineligibility is available in the "Status" column of the "Ineligible Deposit" section.
