The RCI Exchange System

Get Confirmation

Having confirmed your holiday accommodation, all that remains is for you to make your travel arrangements. Then you are all set to pack and go for your holiday!

What to Expect

Upon confirmation of your holiday exchange, you should receive, within 10 to 14 working days:

• An Exchange Confirmation
• A Resort Information Sheet that contains comprehensive information about your confirmed resort and resort area

Please dial RCI EasyCall (our interactive voice response) on (65) 6223 4333 to request for an exchange confirmation or resort profile if you have not received these.

What You Need

For check-in at the resort, please present:

• Your Exchange Confirmation and
• Your RCI Membership card

If you are checking-in late:

If you anticipate a late check-in, please contact the resort in advance to make appropriate arrangements and be sure to obtain a written confirmation from the resort.
