“Patrick Bautista is not really pushy, very patient, although have to call me back several time. Never say no to my request instead giving an alternative way to answer it. Very cheerful, polite and motivate. He is very cheerful, polite and motivated. If things can be improve, it will be better if he can speak our Malaysia Singapore accent, as his accent is a bit difficult for me to understand ‘probably because he is from India overseas not use to our local acent dialect?'
