IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL RCI MEMBERS

We wish to bring to your attention that there have been reported incidences of timeshare resale agents calling RCI members like yourself with offers to:

• Follow-up on non-payment of your maintenance/management fee;
• Resell your timeshare ownership and/or
• Transfer your membership to another company.

Please note that such claims by these timeshare resale agents are likely to be attempts at deceiving and misleading you. RCI has been at the forefront of the vacation ownership industry since 1974, and today, is the global leader with the largest timeshare exchange network in the world. We:

• DO NOT resell timeshare membership
• DO NOT own, sell or resell timeshare properties

Based on RCI's knowledge, there is no affiliated resort who has appointed any attorney in Singapore to help members follow-up on any membership-related matters, including payment of maintenance/management fees. If you are approached by anyone promising to help resell your timeshare and/or to follow-up on non-payment of maintenance/management fee, please call RCI on +65-62234333 or email asiamembers@rci.com to verify the claims made by these individuals or companies before you undertake any action with them. Alternatively, you may contact your home resort directly for verification.

It would also be helpful if you can gather more information about these callers: name of the company, contact details (address, telephone and name of caller). Such information will be useful to the local Police in their on-going investigations.
